Abstarct: The main objective of the current research is to The impact of sustainability capacity and institutional pressures on the company's sustainable performance, considering the mediating role of sustainable supply chain management measures in Iran Khodro Company. This research adopts a descxriptive-survey approach baxsed on the nature and method of data collection and is geared towards practical purposes. To investigate the research variables, questionnaires were utilized derived from Dai et al.'s study (2021), utilizing a five-point Likert scale to measure institutional pressures, sustainability capacity, sustainable supply chain measures, and sustainable company performance. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was employed to assess data normality. Given the non-normal distribution, PLS software and structural equation modeling were utilized to test the research hypotheses. The results indicate that institutional pressures and sustainability capacity significantly and positively affect sustainable supply chain management measures. Additionally, sustainable supply chain management measures, institutional pressures, and sustainability capacity demonstrate a positive and significant impact on the company's sustainable performance. Notably, institutional pressures and sustainability capacity also exhibit a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance, mediated by sustainable supply chain management measures. The study focuses on Iran Khodro Company with 4,000 employees, and a total of 440 questionnaires were distributed, out of which 351 were included in the study analysis.
